Send a clear overall photograph of the intended corner or wall, plus closer images of the floor and ceiling contact areas. Include nearby features such as coving, beams, skirting boards, lights, radiators and window openings.
Provide written measurements separately so the seller does not have to estimate scale from the pictures. If you know the wall or ceiling construction, state it; if you do not, say that rather than guessing. Photographs can help explain the layout but may not reveal structural support, hidden services or the condition behind a decorative finish. A supplier may therefore recommend an installer assessment. Also show where platforms would project and where the cat would approach the lowest level. The more accurately you describe the intended position, the easier it is to identify missing information before ordering.
Label the intended pole position in a copy of the room photo and include a separate unmarked image. Show any planned platform direction too, because a seller cannot infer the layout you intend from a bare corner.
