Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns
We want you and your cat to love every Giant Paws product. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@giantpaws.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@giantpaws.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
