UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Allow 1–2 working days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Express UK delivery is listed at £5.99, with an estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch. Check the available delivery options at checkout.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Remote postcodes may take longer, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Requesting a return

Our published policy allows 30 days after receiving an item to request a return, subject to its eligibility conditions and exclusions. Contact help@giantpaws.co.uk with your order number before sending an item back.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact help@giantpaws.co.uk promptly with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us assess it.
