Why we chose this

Thoughtfully selected for Figure-8 Cat Scratcher & Play Board – The Paw-villian. Explore the product features, customer experiences and measurements to decide whether it suits your cat and your home.

Cream Paw-villian figure-8 cat scratcher with two hanging pom-poms on white marble flooring

Reach into play

Curious paws want more than a flat board.

Two circular openings create places to investigate and reach toward the hanging pom-poms. They are paw-play features; do not assume they are suitable crawl-through spaces.

Scratch in one spot

Give paws something besides the edge of the rug.

The corrugated scratching surface is part of the same low play piece. Leave space around the board so your cat can approach and use it comfortably.

Keep play close to the floor

Another tall tower may not fit the room.

At 29 cm high, the Paw-villian keeps scratching and paw play low to the ground. Its figure-8 layout makes a distinct activity spot without a tall climb.

The Paw-villian cat scratcher play board combines a figure-eight shape with openings for paws, offering a different play surface from a plain upright scratching post.

Give those curious paws more to do than test the edge of your rug.

The Paw-villian is not just a flat scratching board. Its figure-8 shape combines a corrugated surface with two circular play openings and hanging pom-poms, giving your cat something to scratch, reach towards and investigate in the same low piece.

Place it where you can enjoy their curious side without adding another tall structure to the room. At 29 cm high, the activity stays close to the floor, while the 78 cm length makes it a distinct play feature rather than another small toy under the sofa. Choose it for the cat who likes to get their paws involved.

This is for me if…

  • My cat loves reaching into openings and batting at things.
  • I want scratching and paw play together instead of another plain board.
  • I want something playful at floor level, not another towering cat tree.

  • Height: 29 cm

Will it suit your cat’s play?

The floor-level layout gives your cat access to scratching and reaching without requiring a tall climb. Leave room around the full board for movement. The circular openings are paw-play features; do not use them as crawl-through spaces unless their diameters have been confirmed as suitable for your cat.

Cat Scratcher Play Board: setup and care

Follow the supplied setup and cleaning instructions. Inspect the scratching surface and hanging toys regularly for wear and remove damaged toys.

Make your cat’s next play corner more interesting. Add the Paw-villian to your basket. Ask about dimensions or suitability.

Figure 8 shape is clever and my Ragdoll adores the peek through holes. …

Line D. 17 July 2026

My Norwegian Forest cat peeks and pounces through the holes and scratches the board. Solid wooden build, doesnt move. Really good fun.

Marta B. 16 July 2026

Lovely wooden scratcher and play board. My cat enjoys the poms and holes. Star off as the scratch area is modest, but its solid and fun.

Sana R. 15 July 2026

Good fun play board. My cat loves the dangling poms. Star off as its more play than serious scratcher, but as enrichment its excellent.
