Which Giant Paws Cat Towers Have Enclosed Resting Areas?

The Cat-Cave tall cat tree with an enclosed condo and open platforms

Five current Giant Paws cat towers list at least one enclosed resting area: the Highland Retreat, Cream Estate, Ultimate PawHouse, Taj-MeowHall and Cat-Cave. Their descriptions use different terms and do not publish every entrance or interior measurement, so shortlist by the confirmed layout before requesting fit details.

Compare the enclosed options

Tower Confirmed enclosed feature Listed tower height
Highland Retreat Treehouse-style penthouse with a window and ventilation slats 196.9cm
Cream Estate Two enclosed condos at different heights Not currently stated
Ultimate PawHouse Two enclosed condos 216cm
Taj-MeowHall Two enclosed condos 185cm
Cat-Cave Enclosed condo space 210cm

The current Modern Vine and Feline Sovereign Spire descriptions list open platforms or perches but do not list an enclosed condo. Product descriptions and options can change, so check the current page when ordering.

A count does not establish fit

“Two condos” tells you how many enclosed spaces are listed, not whether either one suits a particular cat. Ask for the clear entrance width and height, threshold height, usable interior length and width, and internal headroom. Where a tower has two condos, label the upper and lower space separately rather than assuming their dimensions match.

Check where the enclosed area sits

A suitable interior is useful only if the approach also works. Record the platform or ramp immediately before the entrance, the landing available for turning and the route back down. The Cream Estate lists a ground-level entry ramp and an angled mid-level ramp, but the current description does not map every ramp to a particular condo.

Keep the tower dimensions in their proper role

Overall height helps with ceiling clearance; it does not give the size of a penthouse or condo. Likewise, the Cat-Cave's listed 110 × 75cm footprint and the Taj-MeowHall's listed 112 × 60cm footprint do not reveal their internal sleeping areas. Do not scale missing dimensions from the product photograph.

Check capacity for the intended resting area

All five listings state 10–15kg per individual platform and up to 50kg total distributed across the tower. Ask whether a separate limit applies to the condo floor, penthouse or approach. For a cat over 10kg, Giant Paws asks buyers to confirm the capacity of the particular resting area.

Allow a choice of open and enclosed rest

These towers also list open platforms or perches. A cat may choose a covered space at one time and an open lookout at another, and no enclosed design guarantees a particular preference. In a multi-cat home, keep other suitable resting places available rather than treating the number of condos as an allocation plan.

Read the detailed Cat-Cave enclosed-space guide. If you are comparing two-condo towers, use the guide to record each condo's measurements separately.
