No. A listing that says a tower has two condos does not establish that their entrances or interiors are identical. The Cream Estate and Taj-MeowHall both currently list two enclosed condos, but neither public description supplies separate usable dimensions for each one.
Label the lower and upper condo
For the Cream Estate or Taj-MeowHall, request a dimensioned view that clearly identifies each enclosure. Record external width, depth and height only as context; the main fit figures are usable interior length and width, internal headroom and clear entrance width and height.
Include the route to each space
Two equal interiors could still have different access. The lower condo may follow a ramp or floor approach, while the upper space may require several platforms. Record the step before the entrance, available landing and route back down.
Do not assign a condo from the product photograph
A cat pictured near one enclosure does not provide a scale standard or confirm fit. Compare confirmed dimensions with each cat's familiar resting shape and entrance use. In a multi-cat home, provide other resting options rather than assuming the two-condo count guarantees comfortable sharing.
Keep load information in another column
Both current tower listings state 10–15kg per individual platform and 50kg total distributed. Those figures do not supply condo floor dimensions or prove that an enclosed space suits a cat at a particular weight. Ask whether any component-specific limit applies to the condo or its approach.
Make the final comparison explicit
