Keep the agreed reference beside the images
Open the final specification and any agreed drawing, rather than comparing the order with an earlier inspiration image. Check the overall arrangement, visible finishes and included components. The Moon Collection image in this guide is a catalogue starting point, not evidence of a completed commission.
Separate visible and unverified details
You may be able to see that an opening is present, but not measure its exact width from the camera angle. Ask for confirmation of a dimension when needed. Likewise, a photograph of a finish cannot establish its precise colour on every screen or verify hidden construction.
Ask for a useful additional view
Name the area you cannot assess: the inside of an enclosed section, the underside of a removable pad or the route between two levels. Explain the question the view would answer. A focused request is more useful than asking for more photos without saying what remains unclear.
Record questions before dispatch arrangements
Keep a short list with the specification item, the photograph reference and the question. Ask how and when the response will be confirmed. If a visible detail appears different from the agreement, describe the difference without assuming its cause.
Keep the record with the order
Save the final quote, agreed changes and relevant images together. Confirm the delivery and assembly arrangements separately; a completed photograph does not tell you the largest delivered section or where assembly will happen. Ask about those details before planning the arrival.
