Ask what “hammock-style” means
The words can describe suspended fabric, a supported cradle or another shaped rest. Request a side view and ask which parts support the surface, how it attaches and whether the quoted measurement is external or usable. Do not treat an open platform, fabric hammock and rigid bowl as interchangeable because all appear on tall cat furniture.
Compare usable space, not tower height
A 216cm tower is taller than a 185cm tower, but that does not establish a larger hammock. Ask for clear length, width or diameter after seams, rims and supports are accounted for. Compare the confirmed outline with a stable resting place the cat already chooses, while remembering that similar dimensions do not guarantee preference.
Trace the approach and exit
Record the level at which the hammock sits and the surfaces immediately before and after it. A large cat needs somewhere to place its body during the transition, not only enough room after settling. Confirm the component-specific load
